What to say? This is the section where I'm supposed to write something witty to gain new friendships/interest, I suppose. It seems that everyone has a story of their own to tell, so why not start here?

I was born an entirely different breed than that of which surrounded me my entire childhood/adolescence. I came from an extremely hopeless town called Channahon, a location with an extremely "off" feel and no real reason to exist. Unlike most people, I'm not one to just "settle" with the things presented to us in life. Because of this, I have always vowed to rid myself of the presence of Channahon and its long term discomfort and make a new life elsewhere, towards better things... So I did.

I live life to experience. I live life to wonder. I live life to dream.

Music is my top priority. I can't say I have just one favorite band, but I can tell you that many different bands in my life have molded and shaped part of who I am today; a stubborn little fuck with a hell of an attitude towards honesty, will, creativity, and freedom. Musical artists practically raised me as a young one and for this I am grateful that they were there.

One of my biggest dreams and goals came true in 2004 when I began touring with one of my legendary favorite bands, Pearl Jam. It started with the Vote For Change tour and still continues to this day. Through Pearl Jam I have met numerous friends for life and gained lessons I still use today. The music truly takes you to "that" place you need to be.

I'm a writer... Chances are a majority of the time I am awake I am constantly thinking of what to write next. I write anything from poetry to novels to ramblings of my everyday life. I've gained great amounts of praise for the words I possess.

And perhaps by far the most important thing about me... I'm the most brutally honest person you will ever meet. I don't put up with liars or fakes, as I am anything but that. Because I always "tell it like it is" I find that most people dislike me. I also tend to realize that most girls do not get along well with me as I am much different from the average female and possess an interest in being human and not obsessively jealous, gossipy, or (insert common girl stereotype). This is not to say that I don't get along with all girls... I do have quite a few friends.

Other than that, my life consists of living in a town I absolutely adore with my husband. The two of us live in a fantastic neighborhood, giving me the best feeling of comfort, in a cozy house we fell in love with. We have amazing adventures together every chance we get and happily dote on our beloved kitty Shiva whenever we are home. Parties are our thing and every couple of months or so the two of us throw them, and friends are our other obsession, giving us our true sense of family.
